Terms and Conditions: Our phone numbers are Teams Voice numbers managed by Microsoft. For this reason, you get that automated message. Please know that any other messages are sent to you by an Actual Human on an as-needed basis. If you would prefer to only be contacted by email or voice call, please just let us know by phone call or email. One watch out is that, as with all legal communications, anything written down is potentially discoverable if your technology is ever involved in litigation. When in doubt, please call us by phone. We will do the same.

We do not generate extra billings for communications via text as compared to any other method of communication, and charges for responding to you will depend on your particular fee set up—some text enquiries may generate billable activity.

Please remember that any text rates from your carrier may still apply.

Privacy Policy: We will use any information sent by text message merely to contact you or render any services you have requested. Your carrier’s privacy policy will still apply. We use Microsoft Teams for our carrier, they will not use your information other than to render you services, but their privacy policy still applies.
