On this site, if you fill out either our contact form or the form on the Microsoft Bookings Page, we will collect your name and contact information. We use that information to contact you regarding providing our services. We will never use that data for anything else and will only provide it to third parties if required for services that you have requested (such as providing them to the US Patent and Trademark Office when filing a patent application). We provide legal services that require a strict duty of confidentiality; we take that duty very seriously.

We do, however, utilize targeted advertising services such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn advertising. These services record certain anonymized data such as the link you clicked to get here and the search terms that resulted in that click. We use that information merely to inform us of the performance of our advertising and to improve our marketing strategies. Those third parties use those data according to their own privacy practices.
